HR Audits & Diagnostics
Generally, ‘audit’ is misunderstood as ‘inspection of mistakes’. However, it can be just the opposite and yet very interesting if auditors take a fresh look at the processes and procedures and suggest solutions in doing the same job in a simpler way. The focus of Audit as a process, therefore, should be on ‘quality improvement’ rather than ‘fault finding’.
As part of HR Audit exercise, we partner with the stakeholders of various HR processes, understand the policies and assumptions, and endeavor to redesign the processes to better suit the legal framework and the operational requirements of the organization. The HR Audit exercise also aims at simplifying the processes- as also documenting the ones that are not.
