Our Annual report card for the year 2012-13

End to end HR Outsource support for SMEs: 13 multi industry SME clients served/being served. The support included carrying out Diagnostic studies, suggesting time bound Roadmap, execution of the Action points decided and periodic Reviews of the interventions.

RPO support: 2 large companies being served. Support includes Co-ordinating with internal Recruitment Managers and external Recruitment agencies and manage Day 1 On Boarding. Also, be part of the Interview panel for frontline workforce hiring.

Talent Acquisition support: Acquired key talent for around 50 positions Pan India across functions and levels for clients in different Industries. Support included Sourcing and first level Screening of the potential candidates.

Learning & Development support: Training Sessions delivered on Selling Skills, Personal effectiveness, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Planning & Organising Skills, Flexibility & Change and Negotiation Skills. Methodology included interactive class room sessions involving games and exercises.

One time HR Consulting/Project support: Designed & executed Annual Sales conference, Campus recruitment, HR Audits, Compensation & benefits restructuring, Design & implementation of Performance Management process, Designing & execution of Sales Incentive program, etc.

Campus support: Assisted a premier B School in the Campus Interview preparation process.
