Our Full year report card for 2014-15

Year 2014-15 has been an interesting year for all of us at simplyHR! We met the goals that we had set for us. We grew as per the industry standards. We retained our team size through the year as we logged in higher revenues. It has been hugely encouraging. We kicked off our presence in Mumbai early on in the year. In January, we signed up an MoU with a UK based Employment Law cum Business Immigration firm, Davenport Solicitors. And courtesy them we were invited to speak at the UK India Business Council meet in March in London. Mid way through the year, we refreshed our website which got us more traction as we made it more contemporary.

All our business verticals kicked in good numbers as well as interesting clients. Our core business of End to end HR Outsourcing continued to remain our steady source of income. We continued to cater to a diverse set of clients both in the SME sector and Start up businesses. Some of the clients in this space have retained us for more than 3 years now. As a small part of this offering, the HR Advisory support also gained momentum towards the second half of the year. Our second main vertical of Hiring has logged in decent numbers too with few senior level hiring done during the year and conducting a pan India Campus hiring drive. Our third main vertical of one time assignments is slowly picking up pace. Few interesting assignments done during the year.

Last but not the least, our HR Tech vertical has seen more client sign ups. The In house developed HR portal called simpli is a product of tremendous labor. By the close of the year, we were working on refreshing the landing page of the portal and a glimpse of the same is presented below. We continued to develop new features so that the platform had more to offer. Give us a shout on the same and we are just a demo away!

Our HR tool has a new look!

A new initiative towards tapping the experienced talent was showcased later in the year called The 50+ Club. Details of the same get announced separately. As part of this initiative, we wish to develop a pool of professionals with different industry background who are 50 years and above in age. We believe that as entrepreneurship gains momentum in India, there will be a need for some helping hand from the elders. Write to for more details.
