Our Half yearly report card for the year 2013-14

HR Advisory services: SimplyHR team segregated part of its Outsourced support as Advisory services effective Q2 of this year for the SMEs. We have 8 clients availing this service. Do check us out for some expert advice on further streamlining your HR function so that your business leverages from it.

Entry into HR Technology: We forayed into the HR Technology space with our in-house developed Online product, simpli! 2 clients are using this product and seeing lot of traction and engagement. We believe this will enable and support the HR interventions that we propose to clients. Coming soon will be a Mobile product which will further provide the cutting edge to HR’s reach.

End to end HR Outsource support for SMEs: 18 multi industry SME clients served/being served. Few of our clients are now over 2 years old and we take lot of pride in partnering with them in their growth story. Work includes setting up or reviewing the HR framework and recommending a Roadmap for more focused approach to key HR priorities.

RPO support: 2 large companies continue to be served. Support includes Co-ordinating with internal Recruitment Managers and external Recruitment agencies and manage Day 1 On Boarding. Also, we are part of the Interview panel for frontline workforce hiring.

Talent Acquisition support: 19 positions were closed Pan India across functions and levels for clients in different Industries. Support included Sourcing and first level Screening of the potential candidates. Few senior level positions closed during this period.

One time HR Consulting/Project support: Designed & executed HR Audits, Compensation & benefits restructuring, Design & implementation of Performance Management process, Designing & execution of Sales Incentive program, etc.

We just took the next logical step of bundling our online product, simpli with a mobile product, simHR!
