Our Half year report card for 2014-15

The first 6 months of the Year 2014-15 has broken all our previous half yearly benchmarks as we clocked encouraging numbers. Our productivity has soared high as we do more with less. We have been getting some interesting requests for one time assignments. The team is all charged up as we step into the next half of the year.

Two important highlights of the past 6 months would be around working on one time assignment around Restructuring of Compensation & Benefit. The clients are in the Mobility, PR and Automobile sectors. The second achievement has been in the area of Senior level hiring where we billed our highest invoice ever. And to back that, we had some Mid level hiring.

The End to end HR Outsourcing vertical continued its steady growth. Our Mumbai office also kicked off with its first client in the Pharma sector. Following it very closely was the HR Advisory wherein a leading Auto component manufacturer had its Leadership team go through a Capability building exercise as it embarks on an ambitious business plan. Our Training vertical kicked in couple of assignments for large companies in the Insurance and Farm equipment sector. The latter involved mentoring first time HR Business Partners about the efficacy of their roles as they transitioned into the same. Our Tech products, simpli & simHR! have been adding interesting features and a more robust product will be ready by year end.

Our client list of around 40 companies belong to key industries like E Commerce, Auto component, FMCG, Food, Media, Education, IT, Infrastructure, Energy, Biotech, Wealth Management, Publication, PR, etc.
