Happy employees are productive employees. While many may think that it takes a lot of planning to motivate, in reality, they are simple, step by step processes that does the trick.
It has been 6 months now from my last post. July was approaching fast and I had to think up of an interesting subject to pen my thoughts for my third post.
My last note was written exactly six months back and I thought of penning down a fresh one in the New Year and at the same time keep up the promise to myself of writing at least twice a year.
It is not an easy job to crystal gaze into 15 years. Since the time I got this topic to write about, I have been dreaming, visualizing the future.
It has been about seven decades since the path breaking studies at the Western Electric Plant in Hawthorne found that there is much more to human enterprise than ‘one best way’ of accomplishing a task, and that Supervisors & other factors affected the performance of employees significantly
We have been running our HR firm for last 3+ years and while we have had ups and downs like any start up, what we have enjoyed doing together is to have lot of fun! I spoke at a Start Up Connect event on the above subject and I reflected from the times we started 3 years ago.
